Pours a light apricot color, cloudy from the yeast added for bottle fermentation, with a HUGE, fluffy, almost creamy, white head that leaves no lace but retains a film all the way to the bottom of the glass.
Smell is spicy (pepper & clove), fruity, malty, with light hops in the background.
Taste is fruit (lemon mostly), malt, spice, hops later. A decent balance and complexity.
Mouthfeel is quite effervescent on the tip of the tongue (mostly), with a light/medium body and relatively clean finish.
Drinkability is good, could down this most days but it would be especially good in the summer.
Serving type: bottle
