Pours a cloudy, straw-yellow with a beutiful white fluffy head. Minimal lacing. Clean smells of fresh fruit, with a slight emphasis on melon and lemon.
A light, fizzy texture of a drink, the main flavors are subtle fruits (most notable is orange) with a hint of honey. Minor wheat and malt notes give this ale an overall backbone to lay its delicateness on. It has a lemony zip to it, in addition to a spicey coriander finish. Drinks quite a bit like a sparkling wine, especially an Italian Spumante, with its sweet and light nature.
Refreshing and easy drinking. Stock some at a party and offer it to your usual white wine drinkers.
