Appearance - hazy yellow/orange. Big fluffy white head forms, then quickly drops to a thin ring. No lacing.
Smell - is citrus, orange, lime, wheat, spice. Great aroma.
Taste - smooth subtle orange, then a bit of tart spice. An abrupt dry finish cleanses the palette.
Mouthfeel - light and refreshing, almost spritzy. Lively carbonation.
Drinkability - It is extremely easy to drink, and refreshing as can be.
Overall - I think this is a great beer for someone who is just starting to explore the world of Belgian beer. I know I loved it the first time I had it, but I find it a little lacking nowadays. I definitely recommend drinking with the yeast added, it gives it more spice and a better overall flavour. I've tried it without adding the yeast, as well as on tap, and it is lifeless.
