12 oz bottle properly decanted into a Unibroue Flying U glass.
A: Cloudy yellow beer with hints of ocher within. It is a shade darker than most witbiers I've seen. A substantial rocky head rises to the top of the glass and a bit beyond. Head retention is moderate, and the head leaves a soft lacing that slowly slides back down into the beer.
S: Coriander, lemon zest, soft spices, and hints of wheat.
T: Light citric taste and lemony/orange sweetness up front. This is followed up by a sharp hit of white pepper and spices. Tastes of wheat and a nice bit of Belgian yeast funk come out and linger a bit into the dry finish.
M: Mouthfeel is moderate, and carbonation is moderately high.
D: Drinkability is good.
Notes: Another great beer by Unibroue. This is one of the better witbiers I've had. Some can be a bit all over the place and out of control, but this one is tight and nicely done.

A: Golden, slightly yellow color; huge head!
S: Powerfully sweet, citrus/orange scent
T: Very light; Obvious low ABV; Extremely orange-y but the aftertaste isn't amazing
M: Soft bite which fades; nothing exceptional
Though pouring this gorgeous beverage looks incredibly promising, the taste and feel seem too light to leave an impression. The orange is almost overwhelming. The first kick is light but great, and the aftertaste is greater. It's all the steps in the middle that make this drink lackluster.

Hazy blonde color. Small head resting.
Rough spicing, coriander, orange peel, hints of sage, lemon rind, and tangy wheat.
Soft wheat, citrus peel, lemon, coriander, yeast esters, and faint green apple.
Deliciously light and easy. Carbonated moderately. Nice.
