Poured into my new Blanche de Chambly glass the beer is hazy straw gold with a fizzy white head. Oops, poured some of the yeast in - call it cloudy now. No lace - which may be the result of my having washed this new glass with soap.
Scent is coriander, pungent sour yeast, wheat and some phenols.
Taste follows the nose but adds hints of banana and sour lemon. There is a lightly nutty / aged cheese sort of note. White pepper. A slightly bitter finish.
Mouth is slick but has a mildly biting tingly carbonation.
Drink is good and at 5% its a sessioner
A complex and flavorful wit.
