One of my go-to wheat beers that I typically order at a bar. I don't often have this in the bottle.
A: Appearance is fitting for the style. Cloudy amber with a bright white head. Retention is not good in this instance, but in the past I've seen the head last a good while and lace very well.
S: This bottle conditioned ale perfumes citrus and coriander. Apple, pear, mint, and banana are also suggested.
T: First hit is citrus and pear, followed by the clove and banana. Finish is lingering with a combination of spices.
M: always crisp and refreshing is Blanche De Chambly. Slightly dry on the edges of the palate. carbonation is high and natural feeling.
Overall: Probably my favorite Canadian produced wheat beer.
