Appearance: a light brown apple ciderish color haze with a quickly diminishing head. Tons of sediment is floating around. Moderate carbonation.
Aroma: Sweet and fruity with a good malt backbone. Some pear and apple smell.
Taste: pear-like sweetness with a nice malt balance. a good sweet, somewhat dry and bitter aftertasting beer. Very enjoyable. a nice example of the style.
Mouthfeel: Excellent. Good use of carbonation.
Drinkability: Doesn't seem like 8% ABV. Very easy to drink.
Notes: This is a great beer from a great brewery. I will have to try it again in comparison with La Fin Du Monde because I loved it. I have also had the Trois Pistoles, and I didnt think it was that amazing although I did drink it a bit too cold.
