Served in a tulip glass, poured from a 12 oz. bottle.
A - Very hazy, bright orange amber with a thin head that dissipates quick and leaves loose little bits of lacing.
S - Lots of upfront fruit and spice, with a tad of alcohol burn in the back.
T - Belgian sugar and fruit are upfront, backed by subtle clove, wheat, and yeast. Some citrus and alcohol, but i had to reach hard to detect those. Alcohol is hidden very well. Finishes just slghtly bitter.
M - carbonation is high but the body is fairly weighty. Most excellent.
D - As I said, the alcohol's hidden very well, and it drinks easily enough to allow repeat drinking, just as long as you weren't planning on being sober.
Overall - Happy 100th review to me, and what a brew to choose for it. If this is the end of the world, bring it on!
