12 oz bottle, best before 05-10-15. Silver foil cap. Poured into 16oz Odell snifter for review.
A – A hazy dark yellow/orange golden shade. Little bit of sediment floating within. Head is tall and fluffy, almost pure bright white. Head stays afloat thanks to beautiful rapidly rising bubbles.
S – Orange and fruity with spice notes. Banana, clove, and peppery Belgian style spices. Prominent and funky yeast aromas. Fresh bready notes, as well as some fresh cut grass.
T – Similar to the aroma, there is a welcome blast of pepper and banana. Some citrusy orange sneaks in and makes an appearance before the yeast strains come in and dominate nicely. There is a particular balance to this one, more spice and pepper come through towards the finish.
M – Medium/Full bodied. Texture is nice, and leads to a sweet and lingering finish. Very complex yet somehow easy drinking beer. The ABV goes undetected due to the huge influx of flavor.
O – Wonderful Tripel, stays true to the style. Does a good job of bringing lots of complex flavors to the table without letting any one of them overpower another. Great balance, and highly refreshing. I can't think of a better time to sip this one than outside on the patio on a warm day. Wonderful, big bodied, delicious beer.

A smooth, drinkable beer that has a fruity flavor and pleasant aftertaste. The beer is high in alcohol, but upon drinking it, you don't really taste due to its fruitiness. A pleasant beer to drink once in a while, but it's not a brew to drink on a regular basis.

This beer goes down smooth and tastes fantastic. The alcohol is hidden well, but watch out the 9% will sneak up on you after you have had a couple. Florida has recently started stocking this beer at the regular sales locations and I recommend it to any beer lover. Good for most all pallets.
