The end of the world! On lees!
A - orangey with thick ever so slightly off white head. nice bubble action going on with healthy lacing
S - mostly fruity yeast character on the nose with a wheat malt note thrown in.
T - Nice showcase of belgian styled yeasts - banana, slight bubblegum, sourdough, with stone fruits such as apricot and a bit of peach. Wheat character fills out the malt profile nicely with softness and a bit of a bread note. Slight alcohol tinge on the backend with a faint shot of hops. This is really about the yeast
M - full bodied but more on the dry side with a nice texture.
D - good drinkability for me - but it does sneak up on ya! IMHO - one of the best belgian styled brews (i.e., one of the best "belgian" beers produced outside belgium).
