Poured out of a twelve ounce bottle into a Guinness Stout pint glass at roughly 35 degrees.
Appearance: A light orange hue. Very cloudy and vibrant. Light, white head that quickly dissipates.
Smell: Smells like you'd dream a Tripel to smell. It smells both sweet and of yeast. There's a slight citrus scent to it.
Taste: Absolutely delicious. Tastes sweet and has a slight citrus appeal to the backend. The alcohol is just slightly present in the after taste.
Mouthfeel: Is overly smooth and boasts little carbonation (although present). Creamy almost. Is literally mouth watering.
Drinkability: Very, very drinkable. The taste is awe inspiring and it has the appearance of a serious Tripel. The flavor isn't overpowering and is exactly what you'd want from this Belgian. A four pack is definitely drinkable in one sitting. The alcohol does start to come out a little after you've finished your first.
This may be the best Tripel I've ever had. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something both flavorful and refreshing for around $11, for a 4 pack. Those around me enjoyed this beer as well.
