A - Pours a slightly haze bright golden-orange color with a big two fingers of super frothy white head. The head fades slowly down to a think ring leaving behind lots of lace.
S - Aroma is full of citrus fruits (orange) and banana and Belgian yeast. There is also some bready aroma, some light spices, and a touch of other sweetness.
T - Starts off with some tart lemon flavor and some light yeast. There is also a bit of spiciness in the background and some bready malt. Through the middle, the fruit flavor gets stronger with some banana flavor. The finish is a mix of citrus flavor and some tartness/sourness and some yeast and spices and a touch of alcohol that lingers very nicely.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Really smooth and crisp without being even a touch watery. The finish is a really nice blend of flavors with just the right amount of lingering tartness.
D - Very drinkable. The 9% abv here is dangerous, since it is hidden so well. Everything feels very well balanced and blends together very nicely.
