Poured the 12oz bottle into a Chalice glass. Nice artwork on the label and nice cap as well.
A: nice orange/amber color, completely opaque. One finger head that disappointingly dissipated into absolutely nothing. No lacing present at all.
S: a phenomenal explosion of well-balanced aromas are present in this beer. Some of the predominant characteristics on the nose are wheat, citric fruits, but also at the same time very sweet scents. Some spices and slight cinnamon present as well creating a complex yet amazing aroma. It almost makes you regret drinking the beer when it smells this good.
T: tastes very much like a heavy wheat and malty beer. Some sweet estery tones are present at the beginning followed by citrus tones and pepper. Alcohol is present in the taste as well which I expected considering the relative high ABV.
M: medium to heavy body, very high carbonation and dry finish. Alcohol is felt thoroughly.
O: what can I say, this is an excellent beer that is best enjoyed by drinking very slowly as it is on the strong side (sipping beer I guess). It's definitely a quality product that shines in its complex aroma and taste. A must try for all the beer lovers out there.
