"La Fin Du Monde" goblet at Jimmy the Greek's in South Portland, ME:

A: hazy golden yellow/orange body, white head lasted throughout the entire beer for the most part and was about just a one finger thick, spotty lacing ran down the glass

S: fruity and very sweet, light sugar

T: pretty much the same as the smell - fruity and sweet

M: light to medium with a fair amount of harshness pounding the tongue, not that sessionable, alcohol slightly felt

O: pretty easy to drink, but I'm not sure if I would have this again . . . ???

Poured from caged bomber into tulip.
Hazy golden pour...nice carbonation with a sticky head.
Yeasty citrus, floral, slightly spicy aroma.
Taste is of a peppery yeast...citrus meets floral notes. The alcohol is well hid.
Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated and easy drinking.
There is so much going on in every sip. Its full of belgian style yeast flavor, plus a spicy/peppery finish on the tongue..then its a mild euro floral and citrus finish. So good.
This really is a world class brew,

pours a pale orange, light tan color

smell: great balance of pepper, cloves, citrus fruits and floral notes. Complexity is minimal in the nose but very, very well balanced

taste: yeast, malt, a slight touch of lemons and orange peel are evident. there is a cream-like finish that is complemented by a peppery note making this beer extremely drinkable.

overall, this is a fantastic brew and i when i first tried this, i could not put the glass down. the alcohol is well hidden and it goes down very smooth.
