C&C 750ml poured into a red wine glass.

A: Pours golden hazy yellow with pure white head.

S: Pure bliss. Fruity...green apples, bananas. Some spice, clove and a yeasty breadiness.

T: Delicious apples, some golden rasin soaked in alcohol and clove. Maltiness is just there just a touch of yeast. Finishes dry and crisp with a little spiciness. Where is the alcohol? 9%...no way. So smooth and hidden.

M: Moderate carbonation, drying. A touch of warmth.

D: Dangerously drinkable.

O: A very, very good Tripel. Balanced throughout.

Note: This review was a re-post from my former account, jmkratt, which was hacked and I lost all my reviews...sorry for the redundancy.

Poured from 12oz to a globe glass.

A - Beer pours a hazy golden almost wheat color with 1.5 fingers of head which slowly fades to about a 1/4 inch film with minimal lacing.

S - A very fruity aroma full with bananas and apples and even a spicy clove tone.

T/M - Very interesting taste! It starts with a light, crisp, somewhat sweet taste. The beer quikly transitions to a banana, slightly citrus, with a bit of grapes/raisin flavor. Quite uniqiue. A slight yeasty finish with the crisp fruit smooth flavor. Very smooth.

D - So smooth for such a strong beer. I could drink all day.

Overall, quite good! Highly recommended. I wish I had another.

Bottle poured into a NB globe.

A - Pours hazy golden yellow with a nice one finger tall white head leaving thin streaks of lace down the glass.

S - Smells of clove, apples, pepper, and bready yeast. Sweetness builds as it sits in the glass with some booze creeping in at the end of each glass.

T - Starts off with a candied sugar kick quickly giving way to a mix of peppery spice, clove, apples, and bready yeast. Alcohol is well hidden, only coming to light after it warms up. Finish is a mix of chewiness and light sweetness, lingering on the pallet for some time.

M - Medium body and flavor with moderate carbonation. Smooth, crisp feel with some booze creeping in as it warms up. The flavors, while tasty, begin to wear on the pallet over the course of the bottle.

O - A solid Triple for sure. This style really isn't my preferred cup of tea but I still have great respect for it. This particular one has lots of tasty flavors going on and the booze is well hidden. One of the best I have had.

Slightly orangish with a medium level of carbonation and medium sized head.

Smells slightly sweet and slightly flowery. At 9% abv the alcohol smell is hidden by the richness of the floral sweetness.

As the smell dictated the alcohol is hidden well and the floral sweetness is the best way to describe the taste. Very soft on the pallet and yet complex.

Extremely light, would like to see a little more texture and density, but maybe that is part of why it tastes so good and brings out the floral tastes so much.

Solid 4 out of 5. Not necessarily an every day beer, but really good beer. Would recommend this beer with some desert after supper.

a: two fingers worth of thick and creamy white head, looks like whipped egg whites, sit atop a cloudy straw colored body. not much lacing, but retention is outstanding. a thin yet thick cap is left for the remainder of the drink.

s: pepper and clove lead the way. some bananna and citrus fruits are hidden behind a well rounded yeast presence.

t: if i was given this in a blind taste i would of guesed it was a saison at first. lots of spice and yeast with a nicely rounded malt base. theres something else i cant quite place on the finish, it leaves a cinammon/ nutmeg flavor behind, but not sure what it is.

m: rich and creamy, full body, maybe a touch too much carbonation. nice long spicy dry finish that leaves the taste buds wanting more.

o: excellent beer, if all triples were this good i would drink a lot more of them.

A: Light Amber, creamy head, decent retention

S- spicy, a bit of citrus and honey

T: Banana, touch of cloves?. Nice Hop balance

M: Medium body. Plenty of carbonation.

O: Very drinkable, Nice solid beer for the style

Serving type: bottle poured into pint glass. Served at about 40F which seemed a bit cold, but no major change in flavor or aroma as beer warmed up to 46-48.
