A: Pale, cloudy yellow orange with lots of sediment making it fairly opaque. Big white head with plentiful carbonation that never quite settles down.

S: Dry yeasty aroma, a little citrus and fruit.

T/M: So flavorful and delicious, lots of yeast and malty sweetness, some fruit, some almost wine-like flavors. Very tingly and champagne-like on the tongue, with a nice smooth finish.

O: A really great, easy-drinking Belgian-style beer, with lots of complexity in the taste.

A:a golden hazy yellow

S: spicy, fruity smell. Hints of banana, raisins, and other dark fruits.

T: sweet fruity blend. Light carbonization blends nicely with a dull banana taste.

M: a wet smooth blend that coats the mouth nicely. Light bitter notes show theirselves as this one fades away.

O: a fair representation of a Triple. The overall smoothness while retaining a full body sets this one apart.

Poured out of a 750ml bottle into a chalice. Served cool.

Pours a hazy dark yellow body and a very thick white head. Take your time on the pour, it's worth it.

The smell is outstanding. Clove, lemon, all sorts of herbs, light candy. Tastes like it smells. Not boozy at all for a tripel.

Carbonation is pretty high if you are impatient in drinking it.Take your time and you will see why the beer scores so high. The flavors are layered, never over the top and keeps you wanting more.
