A: This beer pours a cloudy golden body with a thin crispy head that quickly fades.

S: Has a very nice sweet Candi Sugar smell with tons of fruit. I also get a decent amount of sweet malt.

T: This just one of those triples that always blow me away when I drink it. The flavor is just so great that i can't get enough. The sweet malt sticks out a lot, along side the candy sugar. I am also picking up a strong raisin and citrus flavor.

M: This is the only part of the beer that I am not too crazy about. The carbonation of this beer is super crisp to where it burns going down. Nothing Terrible, but for sure not the smoothest Tripel I have ever had.

O: Just an amazing beer. This is for sure one of the best beers I have ever had in my life and it never gets old.

This beer is foggy dark straw, has an off-white high head that leaves good lacing and has good curtains.

Smelling of eggnog and lemon zest.

Tasting of sweet wheat bread, with syrup, oranges and apricots marmalade, and some bitter orange peel.

Medium high carbonation, small bubbles, refreshing and smooth.

A very seesionable beer, at least for 9% ABV.

Appearance - Pours a hazy, golden straw with a white, fluffy 2 finger head. Great retention, resulting in a thick, creamy, sticky film on the surface.

Smell - Lots of heavy cream, a touch of coconut; sweet.

Taste - Follows the nose; soft, mellow fruit notes, with a real creamy undertone. Finishes slightly citric and with faint coconut character.

Mouthfeel - Medium bodied. Creamy and silky. wonderfully drinkable.

Overall - As with the last 2 Unibroue brews I've tried (and I'm guessing the 4th too) this beer rides on it's excellent mouthfeel to give it it's distinctive mark in the beer world. Entirely smooth and drinkable; deceptive.
