Poured easy from a 12 oz bottle into a tulip.

A: 4.5) Even with an easy pour a good two finger head, off white, thin and foamy, quickly dissipated. Had to pour in several steps to allow the head to recede. Color is liquid gold opaque enough that I could not see through it, but when held to the light gave a pleasant glow. Bubbles race up the sides from first pour to middle of the glass.
S: 4.0) Smell like a good Wit. Bananas and bread with a bit of spice on the follow through. There' s more fruit in there but at the moment I can't quite pick it out ( damn sinus infection) apples perhaps or pears.
M: 3.75) Fair to middlin', an abundance of carbonation makes this beer feel light and airy. But after letting it sit on the tongue for a moment it thickens a bit.
T: 4.75) As the nose suggest bread, bananas and spice dominate. With sweet and tart green apples on the finish. After swallowing bananas and bread remain in the aftertaste for some time. The 9% ABV is undetectable to my tastes.
O: 4.5) Truly excellent. A bit more carbonation than what I prefer, but that is my only gripe. Yet another excellent brew from Unibroue that is suitable for all weather and/or occasions.
