Pours a hazy dandelion-esque yellow with a creamy, gloppy white head. Good retention; no lacing to speak of.

Sweet and yeasty on the whole with strong pepper, cane sugar, and soap. Quite fresh smelling.

Rich and crisp. Peppery and heavy with yeasty goodness. It finishes fresh and floral with some citrus notes and a vaguely boozy twinge.

Prickly with a creamy head, it is a tad syrupy after a while but doesn't linger too bad and is pleasurable overall.

Really tasty Tripel. It verges on too yeasty but that is the only thing that I can think of that is even close to wrong with it. Really enjoyable beer. Better than one would think.
Sweet but not sticky. Well-carbonated. Easy drinking. But don't be fooled she packs a wollop. Would have again. Worth finding.

Bought a bottle, poured into a goblet glass

appearance: dirty blond, the appearance of blue moon comes to mind. Not much head, which dissipated quickly anyways

Smell: meh... average smell. smells citrousy, kinda sour. As it warmed up (20 minutes later), aroma finally came out.

Taste: this is actually where I like this beer a lot. Very complex flavor that is beyond my command of words (or my knowledge of beer). Citrousy, tart, light fruits, almost white wine to champagne like. The taste of yeast is very apparent. no maltiness or hops noted initially, but later becomes very apparent.

Mouthfeel: goes down easily, palatable. stickiness like a hefeweizen due to its yeast content. no strong alcoholic or metallic overtones noted.

Overall: very flavorful beverage, but i feel that it did not quite match my expectations (probably because I was unrealistically expected too much). I would try it again.
