This beer actually took quite awhile to pour, I do not know if I was a little to greedy on the poor, but the first half the bottle created a head that filled basically the entire glass. But now that the whole bottle is poured its a pale gold which is slightly foggy (think a lighter colored apple cider), with a decent sized and slow receding white head.
The Aroma is full fledged Belgian style yeast, and apples, with a decent bit of orange hitting in there (must be the added Curacao).
The taste is quite nice, and has many different layers and stages to it, at first its a very yeasty bread, and later a blast of apple cider hits, and it fades in a sparkling apple juice kind of finish.
Mouth feel and drinkability are slightly better than average, smooth and easy going, but nothing has me running to buy a case.

A: Pours a hazy medium yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and some golden apricot + brassy highlights. The beer has a half finger tall fizzy foamy off-white head that reduces to a small patch of thin film and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of crisp slightly sweet green apples over the top of hints of pale malts and just a touch of spicy Belgian yeast.
T: Upfront there is a light flavor of pale malts with moderate flavors of both sweet and tart green apples. Light distinctive flavors of Belgian yeast adding a hint of fruitiness and spices. Minimal amounts of bitterness in the finish which fades very quickly.
M: Light bodied with heavy amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp.
O: Refreshing and easy to drink - a very nice beer for a hot summer day.
