Had one a while back out of the bottle before I knew the proper way to appreciate beer.
This one has been sitting in my cellar for about 8 months, so I figured it was time to give it another go.
Incredibly fizzy white head from pour which dissipates in under 2 seconds. Still a fair amount of carbonation. Very hazy pale orange, with light yeast sediments that float around from time to time.
The smell is fairly non existant. There is green apple and light lemon scents present. Very sweet in the nose.
Very crisp, easy to drink on a hot day after cutting the lawn. Very refreshing, and definitely prefer to this to an American adjunct (in response to a few recent threads and forum posts tehehe). Some orange zest that I'm picking up, and a nice belgian yeast strain all culminate to produce a nice easy drink.

A: Pours a hazy medium yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and some golden apricot + brassy highlights. The beer has a half finger tall fizzy foamy off-white head that reduces to a small patch of thin film and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of crisp slightly sweet green apples over the top of hints of pale malts and just a touch of spicy Belgian yeast.
T: Upfront there is a light flavor of pale malts with moderate flavors of both sweet and tart green apples. Light distinctive flavors of Belgian yeast adding a hint of fruitiness and spices. Minimal amounts of bitterness in the finish which fades very quickly.
M: Light bodied with heavy amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp.
O: Refreshing and easy to drink - a very nice beer for a hot summer day.
