Appearance: Poured with vigorous carbonation and head, bubbled throughout the tasting. Very clear, very pale yellow. Looks like macroswill to be honest. but I guess thats what its supposed to be..
Smell: Apples, apples, apples! Fresh though, not at all like cider. Faintly smells like a Belgian ale, but not too strongly. No hops I can detect in the aroma.
Taste: Very nice fresh apple flavor. Tart, sweet, very very crisp and clean. A little spiciness to it too. The effervesence bites and accentuates the tartness. Not much actual beer character to this beer, really, but quite tasty and refreshing.
Mouthfeel: Prickly sweet crisp tart clean. Refreshing, really nice.
Drinkability: If it was cheaper, I'd buy it by the case for hot summer days. Better flavor than cider, more refreshing than regular beer. Very nice overall.

A: Pours a hazy medium yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and some golden apricot + brassy highlights. The beer has a half finger tall fizzy foamy off-white head that reduces to a small patch of thin film and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of crisp slightly sweet green apples over the top of hints of pale malts and just a touch of spicy Belgian yeast.
T: Upfront there is a light flavor of pale malts with moderate flavors of both sweet and tart green apples. Light distinctive flavors of Belgian yeast adding a hint of fruitiness and spices. Minimal amounts of bitterness in the finish which fades very quickly.
M: Light bodied with heavy amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp.
O: Refreshing and easy to drink - a very nice beer for a hot summer day.
