poured a grassy, mellow and light gold, very large fluffy head. the head has an okay retention but does fade after a while. i rated it a bit higher as i was out of town when i had this and didn't have access to my glasses that i normally have. i wasn't able to use the kind of glass i'd want to use for this.
the smell is very enticing, some grainy smells and a sourish apple and some malt. very nice.
this is odd, it smells more like apples than it tastes like apples, the flavor is not bad, i just wanted more of an apple flavor. it's sourish and dry with apple, some low sweetness. okay.
nice mouthfeel, very bubbly and drying. feels nice. almost like drinking a good cider.
not too drinkable, i wouldn't be opposed to drinking this again or even regularly it's just not a knock out.

A: Pours a hazy medium yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and some golden apricot + brassy highlights. The beer has a half finger tall fizzy foamy off-white head that reduces to a small patch of thin film and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of crisp slightly sweet green apples over the top of hints of pale malts and just a touch of spicy Belgian yeast.
T: Upfront there is a light flavor of pale malts with moderate flavors of both sweet and tart green apples. Light distinctive flavors of Belgian yeast adding a hint of fruitiness and spices. Minimal amounts of bitterness in the finish which fades very quickly.
M: Light bodied with heavy amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp.
O: Refreshing and easy to drink - a very nice beer for a hot summer day.
