16 oz pour into pint glass at the Great Lost Bear in Portland, ME.
A: Pours an opaque, dirty and dull yellow with straw highlights. Little to no head.
S: Cinnamon, apple clove , crayon, yeast, chemicals. Very Yankee candle like, and almost fake smelling. Still, smells pretty damn good in a weird, almost embarrassing way.
T: Bubblegum sweetness up front, followed by a somewhat sour apple. Very sweet; like an apple-flavored lolly pop. Some spice, but not as apparent as in the nose.
M: Moderate carbonation; thin, watery mouthfeel.
O: I dunno. I've had this beer a few times and enjoyed it far more than I am right now; this keg could be a bit off, hence the $2.99 special price. It just tastes like sugar, which I'm not in the mood for right now. Certainly not one of my favorite Unibroue beers ever, but especially off-tasting right now.

A: Pours a hazy medium yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and some golden apricot + brassy highlights. The beer has a half finger tall fizzy foamy off-white head that reduces to a small patch of thin film and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of crisp slightly sweet green apples over the top of hints of pale malts and just a touch of spicy Belgian yeast.
T: Upfront there is a light flavor of pale malts with moderate flavors of both sweet and tart green apples. Light distinctive flavors of Belgian yeast adding a hint of fruitiness and spices. Minimal amounts of bitterness in the finish which fades very quickly.
M: Light bodied with heavy amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp.
O: Refreshing and easy to drink - a very nice beer for a hot summer day.
