So blonde de Chambly. So what do I think of it?
Well let's start with the smell. Very fruity smell. A good copy of the Blanche de Chambly. About the smell, there are similar.
Even with the look of it, they are really similar together. The only difference that I notice is that the Blonde de Chambly have lots of carbonation. Like 2 fingers of head that stays until half of the cup then you have that 1 finger of head that stays until you finish the glass. And even when you finish the glass you still have 1/2 finger of head that stays in you glass that don't wanna die.
And the taste of it. Well as I said very very carbonated beer. Lots of tinny bubble going on your tongue. Same taste as the Blanche de Chambly overall but you have a spicy taste and even a not of cinnamon on the after taste. But as I said so so much carbonation on that beer.
So overall would I recommend it ? Yes ! But if you don t like carbonated beer, this on is not for you. But hey I did enjoy it more than blanche de chambly because it have more carbonation and more flavour.

Bottle to Glass

Appearance - Poured a hazy yellow with a large white head

Smell - Slight citrus, some pepper, yeast its there as well. Smells like a saison

Taste - Citrus, cloves, pepper, yeast. A pretty traditional saison, nothing special

Overall - A good well made saison, but nothing special
