A- Pours a hazy gold with a fluffy white head. Cloudy lacing down the side of the glass.
S- Layered spices and pit fruit. Coriander and clove give way to summer peach and some orange zest. Powerful and complex. As deep as one could want.
T- There is a hint of sweetness here, but more baking spice and SE Asian flavors mix beautifully with the exceptional yeast/ester flavors present. This finished beautifully and dramatically on a citrus note.
M- Soft and pretty with medium carbonation. The alcohol isn't detectable at all. There is a lingering aftertaste, but the mouth is dry and fresh and you simply want more of this. Top drawer.
O- The Unibroue lineup consistently delivers and this is one of the peaks of that group. I would recommend this beer to anyone and drink with a variety of food in any season.
