Sampled from a 12oz. bottle
Poured a golden yellow with streams of tiny bubbles like you would see in champagne with a big, white head that fades to a thin covering and leaves wonderful lacing.
Aromas of malt, yeast, honey, and coriander with other spices. I can't pick all the flavors out, too complex for my nose to pick all the flavor, but they draw me in. Wonderful
The first taste is sweet malt, honey, citrus fruit, spices like coriander. Medium body with bubbly carbonation that tickles the tongue. Wonderful beer, so far Unibroue can do no wrong.
