Appearance: Gold/orange with a strong head. The bubbles make it look like there's a volcano inside the glass.
Smell: Yeast, banana, cloves and other spices, bubblegum.
Taste: Banana, clove, yeast, bubblegum, wheat, orange, pepper, coriander...
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, bubbly, smooth, with just a hint of bittersweet aftertaste.
The Verdict: Excellent. You can call it a Belgian strong pale ale or a Tripel Wheat or just call it delicious. I'm becoming a big fan of Unibroue. Complex, balanced, and full of flavor.
