Plucked a single 12-oz bottle out of a 4-pack to try one out (made a self-sampler of Unibroue beers). Presentation is nice - branded gold foil wrapper, cool label art - only downside is the unexpected screwoff cap.
Poured a pale dirty-yellow, with a white 1/2" head that disappeared rapidly. No lacing to speak of. Strong aroma of floral & citrus: not quite grapefruit, not quite orange. Mouthfeel is sharp, due to a good deal of carbonation that didn't want to come out in the head. The taste starts out spicy, with notes of clove; orange-lemon moves in but is quickly wiped out by an alcoholic rush. Not surprising, given the 9% ABV. Crisp, dry finish with touches of grain.
Definitely not a session beer due to its high alcoholic content, but I like it because it has a crisp, clean finish and isn't overly sweet.
