One overlooked beer in my opinion.
A very nice looking bright yellow/orange, very clear but upon further inspection I notice very very tiny bits in suspension
Smell is slight lemon, pine, a bit of honey, very citrus forward.
Taste is a pretty bright citrus, a little bit of pine tea, some grassy notes with a earthy yeast background I notice from a lot of lagunitas brews (wyeast 1968 right?) Hides the 6.1 abv quite well, feels like a lot less
Light mouthfeel, has a good amount of sharp carb, a bit of sting, smooth drinking.
A very classic pale ale, that has a semi similar hop and grain profile to snpa, yet the yeast choice makes it a different beast. A nice alternative to some other cheaper pale ales, and a good into craft beer.
