A: Dark red/brown amber color. Mild head and lacing.
S: Slight hop and alcohol scent. Spices, citrus and sweet malts.
T&M: Medium bodied and mild to medium dry finish. Very smooth barleywine with very low taste of alcohol.
Very good beer and I am curious if the bottled version is as good.
Serving type: on-tap

Cracked the cap on this with a vigorous pssshhhh. Huge biscuit and honey malts with fruit cake, juicy cherry, and plums. Demererra sugar and honey sweetness are prominent. No alcohol presence in this, and a nice thick chewy mouthfeel. Intense flavors that make for a delicious dessert, but glad I had someone to share the bomber with, as the sweetness could become a bit too much after 12 ounces.
