Regular pint glass used. Head is foamy white and 1 1/2 finger high from a heavy pour rate. Recedes moderately quick, leaves nice lacing, though. Color is golden-honey and crystal clear.

Crisp aroma, with light bready and caramel malts, grassy notes, and notes of fruit and floral hop qualities (more fruity than most pilsners), and apricot.

Taste is of caramel malts, some grains, crackers, light sweetness, some of the bitter Saaz hops, with notes of fruit, apricot, and floral hops.

Mouth is probably the best part. Consistency is light and smooth, carbonation is medium (if not closer to the light-medium side), body is light, and the finish is clean and smooth.

Overall, a pretty decent Pils, but certainly not a great one of the style and not my go to either. Take it for what it's worth. And it is quite easy drinking, too.

A: poured beautiful murky golden into my Bruery glass

S: malty and grassy (is that a word?) Is that apricot or is it just my imagination because I read it another review?

T: not very dry - again tasted malty and even a little bitter

M: very flavorful - goes down smooth and is the right amount of carbonation

O: very solid pils and a little more bitter than most. That adds to the flavor but it makes it less sessionable.

I've had this before and it was much better. Unfortunately for this review, I'm drinking this bottle, which is an exception the usual. Nevertheless, this was served at a good temperature, had a small off white head that shortly disappeard, and no lace. Color is a very slightly hazy gold with some tiny bubble trails. Aroma is malt, bananas, bread dough. Flavor is fairly dry, some carbonic tang, a little hop. Body is ok and carbonation is a little light, which for a pils, for me, is a major hit. Finish is like flavor and of average length. Meh.
