A nice copper/auburn color. Minimal head that lasts the whole glass. Strong lacing.
Malty scent, sweet, almost too sweet. Hops and citrus, slight hint of pine or resin. Hard to distinguish.
Tastes of hops and alcohol. The alcohol isn't well hidden but is very well embraced by the other flavors. Finishes sweet and of citrus. Very refreshing on a hot day.
Good amount of carbonation. Light and sweet on the taste buds. Easy to drink.
Very nice flavor on this beverage. Very strong in its price range. Maybe just a bit too sweet for the style imo, but still a very drinkable beer.

22oz bottle, no date.
A- clear auburn with a two finger off white head.
S- this is one hoppy amber, totally dominant. Fortunately it is a pleasant aroma even if a bit one note.
T- pine and citrus hops with malt sweetness in the middle and a mildly bitter finish.
M- on the light side of medium bodied, rich and smooth.
O- a great anniversary present to us all. I can really appreciate an ale that is hoppy and a little sweet all at the same time.

Appearance- Surprised by the color considering it is advertised as an amber/red. It looks more like a pilsner.
Smell- Sweet malt is the first thing I notice but there is quite a bit of apricot.
Taste- Fairly well balanced. Walks the line of being too sweet but never falls off the cliff. Good mix of malt characteristics and some hops notes as well. Tastes more like a pale ale.
Mouthfeel- Feels like an IPA in that I get a resiny coating on my tongue after each sip.
Overall- it feels like a bit of false advertising to call this an amber/red but I would recommend it to someone in a minute. I'm pleasantly surprised.

Picked this up in Buffalo. Pours a clear, orange/golden colour with a decent amount of carbonation. Smells very hoppy and citrus like. Tastes more of tropical fruits mixed with a citrus hoppy finish. The 8.9% alcohol is well hidden on this and it makes for a very nice mouthfeel. This brewery keeps pumping out quality beers.
