"But I "corrected" them sir. And when my wife tried to prevent me from doing my duty, I "corrected" her." --Delbert Grady
Appearance: Pours out a bright, brilliantly clear, copper-hued body with a fine, white head.
Smell: Fragrant, well-hopped nose smelling of citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon, and even a bit of lime), a few drops of good, clean soap, fresh florals, and a garnish of pine needles. Also, some sweetish pale malt and fresh grain notes.
Taste: Pale malts with a short-lived sweetness and tiny hint of toasted grain leads to hop flavors of citrus fruits, flowers, light pine, and light soap. Medium-high bitterness, but, for me, it's not overbearing. A few flecks of toffee. Finishes dry with a lasting bitterness (but, again, not too bitter).
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. The mouthfeel is a tad oily, but it's also a tad crisp.
Drinkability: Enjoyable and delightfully easy to drink, and, considering their highly reasonable pricing, this is certainly one to pick up.
Serving type: bottle
