Had this one on tap at the Griffon (21Aug10)... Poured a light honey gold into a shaker pint with a one-finger, gently poured head; good sheets of lace. Smell is dominated by tropical fruits, some citrus and peach rind. Taste is a good mix of sweet hops (pineapple, apricot, mango) and some drier grapefruit rind and peach rind on the finish. A touch of wheat / grain provides some malt balance, but hops are the focus of this beer. Mouthfeel is light, crisp and refreshing - an awesome summertime IPA - errr... "American Pale Wheat!" Haha - tastes like an IPA to me - just a little lighter in color and body (yet its abv is actually higher than Lagunitas IPA??). Really impressed by this one.

After I drank the first few sips of this is tasted really Hoppy but in a good way. Fairly Floral. Good thick taste. Hard to describe but even though it is not the same type of beer it really tasted like a beer that I had last week in California. Pliney the Elder! The taste was about 80% similar. So if you want something that tastes similar but live in Texas like I do go buy some Little Sumpin to satisfy your Pliney the Elder needs.
