Poured from a 12oz bottle into a Strand Brewing Co pint glass. 6/25/13 bottle date. Almost 2mos old, need to check the bottle dates next time.

A - Clear burnt orange. Eggshell head with outstanding retention.

S - Peach, grapefruit, hay. A little breadiness.

T - Peach, orange, grapefruit. Bitterness is on the "only noticeable" side. Has a soft sourdough taste in the middle, then dries out nicely.

M - Perfect! Medium carbonation, soft and creamy mouthfeel w/o being heavy.

O - Extremely drinkable beer. The mouthfeel and nice peach and orange flavors make it a great beer even after sitting around for 2 months.

12oz bottle poured into a tulip. Bottled Oct. 26th 2012.

A: Pours a clear light golden color, maybe a slight haze. Two finger dense white head, sticks around for a couple minutes. Leaves some nice lacing on the sides. Lots of visible carbonation.

S: Great hoppy aroma on this, nice piney nose with earthiness to it. The wheat comes through on the tail end as a mild malt

T: Certainly hop forward but stays pretty balanced. As with the aroma there is some earthiness and pine resins. Wheat comes through toward the backend and really smooths things out.

M: Medium to full bodied with a good amount of carbonation. Slightly nectar like quality to it, which I like in my hoppy beers.

Overall this is a beer I could drink all the time. Would love to try this even fresher to see how much more the hops come out. Would recommend to any hophead, probably too much for those who are more into wheat beers.

Lagunitas is a very recent arrival to TN and I was stoked to find out this was one of the beers we would be getting...

Extremely bright and juicy citrus hop aromas rolling off this brew... reminds me of a freshly sliced grapefruit with touches of orange thrown in... man, this smells great and very intriguing especially for a pale wheat... this has straight up IPA hoppiness although it seems somehow lighter? Hard to describe...

Bursting with bitter citrus notes, the smoothness of this beer on the finish is the only indication that this is a wheat... lots of bitterness up front and throughout with a finish that doesn't linger as long as you would expect... very delicious and refreshing... I like this a lot.... a lot...

This will be a staple on the lawnmower this year although at 7.5, too many and I'm falling off... awesome warm weather brew and one I'm glad I can get anytime
