12 oz bottle poured clear pale golden with a decent head. Tasted like this one may have been born quite a while back, as the aroma of hops was nearly non-existent. The malty middle overwhelmed. I will not buy this bottle again, however I would try a draft just to see how a fresh one compares.

Mmmm...this is friggin' delicious. Poured from a bottle into a goblet, and let me first say, love the pinup-girl label. All beers should have pinup-girl labels. Gave it a good pour, and didn't get much of a head there, but what was there was densely formed by lots of tiny bubbles. For a wheat, not real cloudy (I even gave it a swirl at the end, which I think did absolutely nothing), but really nice light amber color. The nose is great, pine, candy, berry, definitely some sour yeastiness. Love it. Flavor is great, sweet but nice backing bitterness from the hops and alcohol. Mouthfeel is pretty perfect, light with a punch. Overall, this is a kickass beer. Totally worthy of the over-ten-bucks pricetag, and I will definitely get this again.

Absolutely one of my favorite beers!! honestly can go good with anything, but you are better off enjoying this beer by itself. it has so much too offer, such great combination between the yeast and malt's making this an outstanding brew. you can put this on my list of top beers.

Serving: Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance: Hazy, golden color with a solid, off-white head that slowly recedes while leaving behind immense amounts of lacing. The lacing is perhaps that most impressive aspect of the appearance and the beer presents itself as very inviting.
Smell: Clean, wheat aroma with a buffet of citrus and fruity scents. I am having difficulty pinpointing individual aroma flavors from the hops as they seem to be diverse and well balanced with one another. Regardless, my sense of smell is satisfied as my tastebuds beg for their turn.
Taste: Amazing balance between the refreshing wheat malt and strong hop character. The citrus of the hops stands out with lemon, lime, and grapefruit and the finish is perfectly bitter. Just the right amount of bite. The alcohol is completely hidden despite the 7.5% ABV.
Mouthfeel: I can't think of many beers with a better mouthfeel than this one. The texture is thicker than a pale ale, as it should be, but not heavy or syrup like. The carbonation is dense with fine little bubbles. Very impressive.
Overall: This is by far the finest wheat beer I have had. As a hophead, it satisfies my need for bitterness than most other wheat beers lack. I truly hope that more brewers head in the direction of aggressively hopped wheat ales.
