A: Clear, clean gold beer with a head a few fingers high, moderate lace, decent head retention; poured into a weizen glass
S: wheat and hops - herbal, earthy, floral
T: wheaty malt base with IPA-ish hop flavors, bitter, citric, grapefruit, pine
M: light, crisp, fresh, clean-finishing
O: never had an "American pale wheat ale" - no wonder its so highly regarded - a very nice drink - great drinkability, great flavor profile

Great Beer, and as many of you know, I do not review beers like many others :)
STRONG "C" Hops, so if you do not like those hops, this beer is not for you,
STRONG grapefruit bitter taste, but so awesome!
I have had this from the keg and the bottle.
Great wheat beer with a GIANT citrus taste!

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a Strand Brewing Co pint glass. 6/25/13 bottle date. Almost 2mos old, need to check the bottle dates next time.
A - Clear burnt orange. Eggshell head with outstanding retention.
S - Peach, grapefruit, hay. A little breadiness.
T - Peach, orange, grapefruit. Bitterness is on the "only noticeable" side. Has a soft sourdough taste in the middle, then dries out nicely.
M - Perfect! Medium carbonation, soft and creamy mouthfeel w/o being heavy.
O - Extremely drinkable beer. The mouthfeel and nice peach and orange flavors make it a great beer even after sitting around for 2 months.
