12oz. bottled served in an SA Perfect Pint glass. Pours a translucent gold with a fizzy, one inch, bright white head that settles into a creamy skim. Delicate clusters of lacing coat the sides of the glass during the tasting. Nose expresses wheat and orange rind. Taste consistent with nose - no real surprises; however, there is a pleasant, easy tartness to the flavor profile, with a light, earthy hops bittering at the finish. Mouthfeel is light in body with a slight astringency and a carbonation that falls just shy of lively. I can't believe I'm just discovering this beer. Easy drinking and refreshing. Looking froward to adding this into my summer rotation.

Pours a toasted straw color with a slight haze. The white head is pillowy and slowly settles into a puffy cap leaving fantastic lacing on the glass.

The aroma is of fresh juicy grapefruit. Good citrus aromas coming through. Some pepper, grass, and pineapple pop through but the grapefruit wins out.

Big grapefruit in the flavor as well. Bright floral hop flavor. Some rind bitterness and orange notes go along with a bit of a grassy even piney profile. Very hop flavorful. Not much from the wheat malt other than it provides a clean slate for the hops to shine.

The feel is very crisp and quite clean considering the strong hop profile. Light on the palate with fizzy carbonation. Sweet on the palate with some piney bitterness in the finish. This thing drinks amazing. Easily could throw back a few of these.

Great beer, this is what AIPA's should be all about. Not sure if the wheat malt made this beer cleaner but whatever it works.

12 oz bottle poured clear pale golden with a decent head. Tasted like this one may have been born quite a while back, as the aroma of hops was nearly non-existent. The malty middle overwhelmed. I will not buy this bottle again, however I would try a draft just to see how a fresh one compares.

Mmmm...this is friggin' delicious. Poured from a bottle into a goblet, and let me first say, love the pinup-girl label. All beers should have pinup-girl labels. Gave it a good pour, and didn't get much of a head there, but what was there was densely formed by lots of tiny bubbles. For a wheat, not real cloudy (I even gave it a swirl at the end, which I think did absolutely nothing), but really nice light amber color. The nose is great, pine, candy, berry, definitely some sour yeastiness. Love it. Flavor is great, sweet but nice backing bitterness from the hops and alcohol. Mouthfeel is pretty perfect, light with a punch. Overall, this is a kickass beer. Totally worthy of the over-ten-bucks pricetag, and I will definitely get this again.

Absolutely one of my favorite beers!! honestly can go good with anything, but you are better off enjoying this beer by itself. it has so much too offer, such great combination between the yeast and malt's making this an outstanding brew. you can put this on my list of top beers.
