Poured into a Tulip from the bottle

Rich golden color very clean and crisp, laceing is thick after the head disapates.

There is sooo much going on with this beer in the nose. Very floral and grassy hops with a ton of spices in the undertones. Apricot and very bitter citrus, lemon peel and grapefruit.

Flavor is very bitter hops and citrus. Alcohol blends into the finish very well. Grassy, very earthy and extremly complex.

Mouthfeel is a little thin and maybe just a tad over carbonated. goes down very easy.

For near 9% and 73 IBU this beer goes down like silk and I could sit and drink them all day long. One of my favorite new beers I have had in a long time and at 3.99 a bottle just fantastic!

This beer blew me away. I like Little Sumpin Sumpin a lot, so I kind of assumed this would be just a hoppier/maltier version of it. I guess that's true, but it's way better than I ever imagined. It's more like a combination of Sucks, Hopslam, and Heady Topper. Don't pass up buying this beer if you see it. You won't get a better bargain on a true world-class beer.

A: The pour is a copper golden hue, with a nice transparency, a nice one finger head at the top that left some nice lacing around the glass.

S: A nice tropical fruit nose, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, and some hints of fresh cut grass, very nice nose on this brew.

T: Almost the same as the nose, with some spiciness coming from somewhere, lots of grapefruit and orange zest on the tongue.

M: Medium bodied, dry finish, mid level carbonation, not to much heat from the booze.

O: This beer was fantastic, I feel like Lagunitas never disappoints, this brew was tasty and fresh I thoroughly enjoyed it, super well balanced.

12oz into a SN IPA Glass.

Pours a clear golden with a thick, foamy head. Great retention, thick lacing.

Juicy, citric, resiny hops. Really delicious and inviting nose. The wonderful hop character carries right into the taste.

Medium body, mild, foamy carbonation.

Great hop flavors with a lightly sweet malt backbone to " balance " it out. Another exceptional DIPA from the folks at Lagunitas. Not much more to say about it then that.
