A: A light pink peach color, the head is slightly off white, and rocky.
S: Hoppy with grapefruit as the dominant aroma. Some light tangerine and some sweet bread aroma come out with the playful fruity smell of Belgian yeast.
T: Very assertive bitterness, some grapefruit and tangerine come through. The bitterness has a touch of an earthy feel to it as it fades into a banana and breakfast bread finish.
M: Medium in body, the carbonation is fine in texture and quite lively. The finish is a touch drying.
O: All in all this is a pretty decent beer, the bitterness is fairly assertive but is balanced out by the malt. The Belgian character adds a nice fruitiness and a twist right when you think you have figured this beer out.
