A: Pours a clear golden-orange body with three figners of white fluffy head. Retention is good and leaves great lacing. No sediment seen.
S: Could smell this as soon as I opened the bottle. Full of citrus fruits, yeast, spices and some good malt character.
T: Following the nose, there is a great mix of citrus fruits and malts. Finishing with some bitter hops and spice.
M: Medium-light bodied with medium-high carbonation. This makes for a pleasant smooth texture. There is an extremely high amount of bitterness and alcohol in the aftertaste.
O: Very pleasing brew, the flavours are great as is the aroma. The alcohol shines through a tad to much and it could lessen the bitterness.
