Look: pale gold, perfectly water-clear with a long-living, pillowy one-finger head of off white foam that's both sticky and resilient. It hangs out for several minute before eventually collapsing to a thick, retentive filmy layer, leaving cascading sheets of lace.
Smell: bright and hoppy. Lots of mint, lime juice, grapefruit peel, cannabis, orange and pine, with a strong backbone of sweet honey.
Taste: sweet and fruity in the front, pineapple fruitiness mixes it up with the hops. The hoppiness of floral lavender, grapefruit and pine roll through at the finish.
Feel: soft. The liquid expands in the mouth, the medium-light body feeling almost like whipped cream. A light yet prickly carb keeps the tongue guessing. There's absolutely no hint of alcohol. Sumpin Wild, indeed.
Drink: more IPA than Belgian, A Little Sumpin Wild is light and fluffy yet goes down easy with a lot of flavor.
Serving type: on-tap
