A-Pours a clear peachish, orange with two full stiff and sturdy fingers of slightly off-white foam that died slowly leaving concentric rings of gummy lacing.
S-Green apple,lemon curd,slight dry spice,some floral qualities,honey and sourdough toast.
T-Green hops, fresh flowers, tangerine, yeast rolls,Juicy Fruit gum and fresh grass.Nice blend of complementary yeast and hop flavors but could have been a tad more assertive on both fronts.
M-Slick but smooth with a bready/creamy character.ABV was not felt and the finish was a nice mix of sourdough and hop tang.
O-I would not say that Belgian IPAs are my favorite style but that isn't to say I dislike them either. This was an extremely tasty example and one I will surely revisit.
