Pours a clear, golden amber with a two finger fluffy white head. Generous amounts of lacing with a soapy ring of carbonation lining the glass. Aroma is pine needles, citrus, pineapple, spicy yeast and some floral goodness. Taste is pineapple, biscuits, banana bread with a biting resinous bitter back end. Mouthfeel and drinkability are great with just the right amount of carbonation to make this refreshing but not taking away from flavors on my tongue.
Overall, a very nice and different take of the BPA style and pretty much what you would expect outta cali from Lagunitas.
Picked up a growler from DeCicco's.

A nice dark honey color, slightly cloudy.
Smell: about average, I guess. Maybe a little tiny bit of banana ester?
Taste: round, complete, plenty of hops with a firm malt backbone. Delicious.
Mouthfeel is right with my favorites. The hops recycle nicely allowing me to draw out the pint and linger over the delicious flavors.
