Bomber bottle into a belgian style glass.
A: Light orange color, with medium clarity. Nice light and airy head.
S: Obvious hoppiness. Citrus and refreshing. Maybe some light fruit.
T: Very Belgian. Definitely comes across as a hoppy Belgian Trippel -- must be the Westmalle yeast. Citrus Hops recedes to the sweetness of light fruit. I'll say pear or apple.
M: Nice carbonation. Medium body.
D: It's a big beer that goes down well.
I really like this beer. It's a Belgian style ale with West coast IPA hoppiness -- two of my favorite beer styles. It reminds me of Poperings Hommel Ale which is one of my favorite ales from Belgium.
