Fermented with westmalle yeast strain? sounds good!
Smells funky with a massive bubbly head. Crisp clear golden color with lots of visible carbonation. Smells of dried apricots and papaya, touches of pineapple and hibiscus, sweet cake bread, banana chips and some herbs.
Very very smooth. Sweet dried tropical fruits upfront followed by bold bitternes and a floral/citrus hop punch. Banana papaya and apricot finish. Nice juicy beer with a bit of dryness on the mid palate. Tons of tropical and fruity flavors with a bit of yeast and booze (not a lot) just enough to balance things out for a super clean sip. Dangerously drinkable and incredibly funky.
Booze stars to build a little as you keep sipping but the beers still good.
Brisk carbonation and even slightly tannic.
