Vintage: 2014
Appearance: Transparent Straw; Fluffy, White head; good lace; mid-range visible carbonation
Smell: Freshest of the fresh weed, Dank as all hell; lemon zest; faint pine; faint orange/tangerine
Taste: Weed, dank, dank weed; lemon; tangerine; lingering grasiness
Mouth-feel: Medium carbonation; light body; resinous, dry finish

I usually don't review beers and prefer to tick but this brought me out of my shell!
12oz bottle poured straight down my throat. No stemware.
Bottled late October or early November.
Damn, a fine beer!
The flavor of a great IPA. Lots of fruit and nice mellow hops.
Aroma is also what I'd expect from my go-to IPA's, which I guess technically this is style-wise.
While I've seen this on the shelves for quite some time, I've got to say, this has me thinking that lower abv IPA's like this aren't a gimic.
May be my go-to weeknight style. I see it as akin to a light beer for someone on a diet. But for me my "diet" would be the higher ABV dipa's that I usually enjoy during the week.
Hot damn, a great beer!

Poured into Lagunitas jar.

A - Golden

S - So yummy! Like a citrus pine forest. I can't wait for the hops after smelling this.

T - Whoa. This is %4.65? It's got everything you'd want for a bitter hoppy IPA but it's not heavy, it's refreshing.

M - Lots of carbonation and smooth at the end.

O - This thing is honestly a Hop Soda in my opinion and I love it. With its modest alcohol % I could throw pack a sixer of these reading on the beach like a breeze. WOOh. This is Lagunitas, baby.
