A-hazy yellowish, orange, decent head and nice lace

S-Good, pretty typical IPA, I do get some tropical fruit

T-Awesome, follows the nose, but has wonderful depth

M-Very good, everything here in great balance

O-A very solid effort from a brewery that can do no wrong

12oz bottle served in a pint glass.

pours a clear golden / medium amber tone while yielding about a finger of frothy off-white head; decent retention and lacing. solid looking beer. nose primarily showcases citic hoppiness with a distinct malt presence behind it.

flavor is solid. hoppy through and through, offset a little by the toasty, caramel maltiness. moderate bitterness for an IPA, nothing over the top. medium bodied mouthfeel with medium carbonation.

overall a solid IPA. nothing uber-fantastic or otherworldly, but a reasonably offering that holds its own. its wide availability makes it a trusty fall-bak plan.

A: Pours a golden orange color with 2 fingers worth of bubbly white head

S: A good dose of citrusy hops with some slight spiciness. Malts provide a nice balancing breadiness

T: Follows the nose, with some nice spicy and citrusy hops with just enough pale malts to balance things out. Finishes with a mix of breadiness and slight bitterness

M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Slightly lacking

O: Another solid IPA amongst the sea of solid IPAs. It's good, but nothing really stands out in comparison to the multitude of other IPAs on the market. Good price point, though, and easy to savor at 6.2%

Poured into a fancy pint glass. The color is medium orange and slightly hazy. There is a large one inch foamy head that leaves behind a lot of sticky lacing.

The aroma is a nice blend of citrus and melony hop flavor.

The taste has some of the melony characteristics indicated in the nose. There is a nice bitter finish. There isn't a ton of hop flavor here, and there is no way to tell how fresh this is, but it's there and this tastes good.

This has nice crisp carbonation and a light body. Very drinkable. I'd get this again, but it wouldn't be my first choice from the options I have readily available.

Purchased at cave bar in Chicago.

Poured from bottle into pint glass.

Thick creamy white head. Incredible lacing left with every drink. Coppery orange in color.

Smells very piney and sweet at the same time very interesting

Sweet up front and finishes with a hop bite, but it isn't obnoxious kind of tastes how I would think candied hops would taste like.

Overall not a bad IPA. Sort of sweet and toned down hoppiness.

One of the best West Coast IPA's ever, that has such a wonderful Hop flavor that doesn't over power you. Great aroma and taste...mmm.

A: A very clear orange-cooper color, with a very nice white head with a subtle lace.

S: A subdued hops aroma that lets you know the hops are there, but are not going to over power the malt profile.

T: A very awesome citrus hops flavor that still allows you to enjoy the sweet malt flavors. Very, very appealing to the palate, and leaves your tongue wanting more.

M: Crisp, tangy, with a hoppy sweetness. VERY easy to drink.

O: What can I say, this IPA is one that I highly enjoy, and could drink daily. Whether with food or on it's own, this one is a winner in my book.
