Light gold color. Medium head. Aroma is malty. A light bodied pilsner. Malts are fruity and sweet, and a little more noticeable than most pilsners. Hops are citrusy and mild. Light and refreshing. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. (284 characters)

This beer is filtered to produce a crystal clear beer, light gold in color. The pint I had had absolutely no carbonation, however, and thus was lacking the traditional Belgian head -- or any head at all.

Aroma was a bit weak, slightly fruity with a hint of hops.

The taste, however, was quite pleasing. Begins with a mild fruity flavor -- reminds me of strwaberries -- and some nice citrusy hop flavor. Extremely well balanced by an underlying sweetness from the malt. Medium bodied with a slightly sweer finish. Very drinkable indeed, though could have profited from additional carbonation. (602 characters)
